About Delivery

Regarding Delivery

If the total purchase amount is INR 500 THOUSAND (tax included) or more, we will deliver it free of charge.

In the case of remote area, INR 1000 (tax included) may be applied when ordering, but it will be
changed upto INR 2,100 (tax included) when the order is confirmed.

If you shop as a member, the shipping fee will be free regardless of the purchase amount.

About shipping fee when ordering multiple items

If you order multiple items at the same time, the shipping fee will be only for one item.

About specifying the delivery date and time

As a general rule, we do not accept delivery dates.

If you would like a delivery date, please fill in the message field when ordering or contact us in advance.

Delivery of small items, consumables, and accessories

  • The delivery method will be “GATI OR DTDC EXPRESS”.
  • We will ship the next business day or two business days after receiving your order (after confirming payment). The shipping date excludes our holidays such as weekends and holidays.
  • We will ship from JAIPUR or MOST NEAREST WAREHOUSE.
  • We will inform you when shipping will stop due to inventory etc.

Notes on remote islands and remote areas (areas where transportation is unclear, such as mountainous areas)

  • For customers who live in remote islands or remote areas (areas where transportation is unclear such as mountainous areas), we will check each time whether large items (massage chairs, diet trainer cores) can be delivered, and we will refuse orders depending on the area. We may do it.

About returns and exchanges

This site is not subject to the cooling-off (unconditional cancellation) stipulated by the INDIAN Act of Specified Commercial Transactions. Cooling off is not available.

We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases.

Refunds

No refund fees will be charged to the customer.

After confirming the arrival of the returned product, the credit card charge will be cancelled. If your credit card company crosses the deadline, the refund will be the next withdrawal date.

  • When paying by bank transfer, cash on delivery, or convenience store payment After confirming the arrival of the returned product, the product will be refunded to your account. (It may take 2 to 3 weeks due to administrative procedures)

However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer’s convenience.

About loading and unloading massage chairs

Basic delivery installation is free.

Delivery installation up to the second floor, with an elevator, no additional staff required, no crane lifting required, etc. are free of charge.

As a guide, the width required for the delivery route is the product width + 2 cm. However, if there are L-shaped or T-shaped corners or stairs around the route from the carry-in entrance to the installation location and it is necessary to change the direction of the product, a width of 8 to 10 cm or more is required in addition to the product width. increase. Additional costs may be incurred depending on the delivery method.

About picking up massage chairs that are no longer needed

Only when you purchase a massage chair from the online shop, we accept the collection of massage chairs that you no longer need, regardless of the manufacturer of the other company. For each purchase, you can pick up one for a fee (11,000 yen including tax). Customers who wish to pick up should select “I would like to pick up” when ordering. If you do not have the option to pick up the item, please enter “I would like to pick it up” in the inquiry field when ordering.

Request to customers who wish to pick up

If you would like to pick up more than one, please contact us first. We will confirm whether the second and subsequent units can be picked up and estimate the pick-up fee individually. Customers are responsible for any additional charges. During the free pick-up campaign period, the first car will be handled free of charge, but the customer will be responsible for the fee for picking up the second and subsequent cars.

  • If the massage chair to be picked up is in a different location from the delivery address, we will not be able to handle it.

  • The delivery company does not support the disassembly work of the collected products. If you cannot carry it out in the assembled state, we ask you to disassemble it, so please check in advance if it can be disassembled.
